Bolas Pool   * NO DAY TICKETS ON THIS VENUE ***

This pool is a large deep lake, set in unrivaled scenic country, and is by far one of the most peaceful venues in the county!

Bolas Pool is a challenging venue, offering the angler many choices of tactics and fishing styles, and as an added bonus the pool comes with a stretch of the River Meese directly behind some of the pegs!! The pegs have been worked on and they are flatter and some have platforms to fish from.

The first thing which comes to mind here is the depth of the pool. Long rigs are the order of the day here, as the average peg has a depth of 9-12ft. The Pool is a speci Anglers favourite with peace & tranqil surroundings, some very good fish can be found here.

In addition to the pool there is a good 1/2 mile stretch of River Meese, up and down stream of the main pool.

NOTE: Night Fishing is allowed with Extra Permit (Speak to Chairman for more details).
